The details you share — who is traveling, when, and why — are treated as private information. They are used to arrange your journey and are shared only where the arrangement genuinely requires it, such as with an operator preparing a quote.
Inquiries submitted through this site are stored securely and reviewed only by authorized SonRoi administrators.
Honesty
What we will not tell you.
We will not present an aircraft as available before an operator confirms it, and we will not describe a service as arranged before it is. SonRoi is a brokerage and concierge house: we do not own aircraft, we do not operate flights, and we do not hold an air carrier operating certificate.
Where something is uncertain, we will tell you it is uncertain. That is the more useful answer.
