It applies to flight requests, concierge inquiries, general inquiries, operator partnership submissions, and any correspondence relating to them, whether by email, telephone, or messaging.

It does not cover information you give directly to an air charter operator or a concierge provider. Those organizations handle your information under their own privacy terms.

Flight requests: your name, email address, telephone number, departure and destination, travel dates and preferred times, the number of passengers, any aircraft preference, the concierge requirements you select, and any notes you add.

Concierge inquiries: your name, contact details, preferred method of contact, destination, service category, requested dates, number of guests, budget range, and a description of the request.

Operator submissions: company and trading name, website and business address, country, operating authority or certificate details, aircraft categories, operating bases, service scope, primary and dispatch contacts, and any notes you provide.

Technical information: our hosting provider processes standard server data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, in order to deliver the site securely and reliably. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

To respond to your inquiry and correspond with you about it.

To understand an itinerary and source suitable options through appropriately authorized air charter operators.

To plan and arrange concierge services through providers selected for the request.

To assess a potential working relationship with an operator that contacts us.

To keep ordinary business records, and to secure, maintain, and improve this website.

We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell it.

Where an arrangement requires it, relevant details are shared with the operator or provider preparing a quote or delivering a service for that specific request. They are shared for that purpose only.

We use service providers for hosting, email delivery, and data storage. They process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may disclose information where required by law, or where necessary to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

An itinerary may involve operators, aircraft, or concierge providers in another country, so information may be handled outside the country in which you are located. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected.

Inquiry records are kept while they remain useful for responding to you and for ordinary business records, and are then deleted or de-identified. Tax, insurance, and legal obligations may require certain records to be retained for longer.

Inquiries are held in a secured database accessible only to authorized SonRoi administrators, with access controlled by role rather than shared publicly. Data is encrypted in transit.

No method of storage or transmission is entirely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you would prefer not to submit particular details through this website, contact us and we will arrange another way.

You may ask what information we hold about you, request a copy, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete your inquiry. You may also ask us to restrict or object to certain uses.
