These terms govern access to and use of this website. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

This website describes the private aviation brokerage and concierge services offered under the SonRoi name. It is informational. Submitting a form does not create a booking, a charter agreement, or any obligation on either side.

SonRoi is an independent aviation brokerage and concierge house. We are not a direct air carrier. We do not own or operate aircraft and we do not hold an air carrier operating certificate.

Charter flights are arranged with, and operated by, appropriately authorized air charter operators, which are responsible for the conduct of the flight. Concierge services are delivered by third-party providers selected for the request.

Inquiries submitted through this site are requests for information. Aircraft availability, routing, pricing, and service depend on the requested itinerary and are confirmed by the operating carrier.

Any charter arrangement is between you and the operating carrier, and is governed by that carrier's terms and applicable regulations. Quotations are indicative until confirmed in writing, and may change where the itinerary, aircraft, or operating conditions change.

Concierge requests are subject to availability and to confirmation by the relevant provider, whose own terms apply to the service delivered. We will tell you when an arrangement cannot be confirmed.

This website does not collect payment card details. Any payment for a charter or concierge arrangement is handled separately once terms have been agreed and confirmed.

Submitting an operator inquiry does not create a partnership, agency, or representation. Any working relationship is set out separately in writing.

We may verify the details supplied to us, and acceptance of a submission is at our discretion.

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, to submit information that is false or misleading, to attempt to access restricted areas or data, to interfere with the operation of the site, or to copy its content in bulk.

The SonRoi name, logo, and the design, text, and imagery on this site belong to SonRoi and may not be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.

We aim to keep the content of this site accurate and current, but details may change. The site may be unavailable from time to time, and nothing on it should be read as a guarantee of availability, price, or timing. Where something cannot be confirmed, we will say so.

Where this site links to another website, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, availability, or terms.

To the extent permitted by law, SonRoi is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site, or for the acts or omissions of air carriers and concierge providers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which SonRoi is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute concerning them.

We may update these terms as our services or obligations change. The date shown above records when they were last revised, and continued use of the site after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
